Our returns policy
You can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Depending on your preference, we offer:
- Refunds to your original payment method.
- Store credit to place another order.
- Exchanges for the same product or another product (subject to availability)
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging.
- The item must include all auxiliary accessories it was originally delivered with.
- No signs of wear or improper care.
- No damage, tears or other visible defects.
Return Process
Returning your items is seamless and straightforward! While return shipping costs are covered by the customer, we’ve made the process easy by providing local return addresses in each region. This ensures an efficient and cost-effective return experience.
Exchanges are available for the same product or a different product, with the price adjusted for any difference. Cireli reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer, and any shipping costs incurred will not be covered.
Initiate a return or exchange

- We’ll provide the return address based on your country of purchase and detailed instructions for sending your items back.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll process your refund, issue store credit, or arrange the exchange. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
